I'm allergic to Fort Worth(less)

I've lived in Fort Worth for going on ten years now, so why in the world am I still miserable with allergies here. You would think I'd get used to it after living here a few years, but to no avail.

I take allergy meds daily, rinse my nose (gross I know), own stock in Benadryl and still I suffer. I asked my doctor what I could do, her advice was move out of Fort Worth...nice. When I go west to Midland, Abliene or even up in Lubbock, I have no allergies...just in the Metroplex.

It's no secret I've been aching to move back home to Detroit for years. Everytime I'm home, the allergies either go away completely, or I'm so sick already that it becomes bronchitis.

Texas, please stop trying to kill me. If you want me to leave, find me a job back at home and I'll gladly leave. :-)

It's the end of October and it's still warm here...that's not helping me either.

In other news, I finally bought my first Rangers T-shirt...go Rangers!
